Here again, \u00a0I might look to share more content on topics that resonate with the Persona group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example #3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goal: Reach Small Business owners on Twitter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remove the comparison from the query and you have just the Small Business Persona Interests. If your engagement looks flat, review the above reports. Maybe you&#8217;re missing a key interest area.<\/p>\n<p>To access Tweet analytics, click the Tweets tab (see image below).<\/p>\n<p>In the example below, I&#8217;ve highlighted my Top Tweet. This tweet tells me that my audience is interested in mobile marketing solutions. I curated this article, so the results are interesting because it also provides me with a great topic for my next original blog post! Furthermore, of my top-performing tweets, 90% included an image.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-14741\" src=\"https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Twitter-Analytics-Top-Content-1024x731.png\" alt=\"Twitter analytics provides detail on top performing Tweets\" width=\"1024\" height=\"731\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Twitter-Analytics-Top-Content-1024x731.png 1024w, https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Twitter-Analytics-Top-Content-300x214.png 300w, https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Twitter-Analytics-Top-Content-768x548.png 768w, https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Twitter-Analytics-Top-Content.png 1190w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Twitter provides the following stats on each Tweet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total # of impressions<\/li>\n<li>Engagements (retweets, likes): Total # of times a user has interacted with a Tweet.<\/li>\n<li>Engagement rate (clicks, retweets, replies, follows and likes divided by total # of impressions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The &#8216;top&#8217; tweet in the image above, also had the most impressions. As I look through my data, I see other tweets had fewer impressions but a higher engagement rate. Since engagement is more important to my marketing initiatives, I put more weight on the details of those Tweets\u00a0(i.e., what was the headline, call-to-action, and image, etc.). I want to repeat what works.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_do_I_do_with_the_Twitter_Stats\"><\/span><strong>What do I do with the Twitter Stats?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The data should bring to light what you need to change or what works.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For example: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are a real-estate agent that sells high-end homes. Your Twitter demographic data clearly points to the fact that your audience&#8217;s household income is well below your target audience. Time to tweak your content strategy and find new people to follow.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>List of other action items Twitter analytics may create:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Use\u00a0<a title=\"Twitter Search\" href=\"https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/twitter-search\/\">Twitter search<\/a> to find\u00a0new people to follow based on the Twitter Interest category data\u00a0(e.g. find more people like &#8220;x&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>Identify what Tweet mechanics work, and which aren\u2019t as effective. Keep an eye on elements like different calls to action, the inclusion of rich media and copy length.<\/li>\n<li>Pay attention to when you tweet. Note which time of day and day of the week yields the highest engagement and impressions.<\/li>\n<li>Is your audience mobile?
