Given time and money limitations, it is impossible to follow the avalanche of marketing advice you come across. With all, you have to do to achieve your marketing goals, can you carve out enough time to read and <a href=\"https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/social-media-marketing-daily-to-dos\/\">implement a social media\u00a0marketing plan<\/a>? If your answer is &#8220;no&#8221; or &#8220;only if&#8230;&#8221;, you need to focus on how\u00a0you can get\u00a0the most bang for your buck from those social media marketing activities you can muster the time and resources to execute.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is to\u00a0recognize that <strong>not all marketing tactics are equal. <\/strong>Some may take forever to execute, but result in little reward, while others could have a huge payout. Think of your marketing like a road trip &#8212; you wouldn\u2019t start driving until you knew your destination, and mapped out the most efficient route to get there. What content is resonating with your audience? What social network gets you the most traffic?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.socialmediatoday.com\/content\/3-ways-find-your-target-audience-social-media\">SocialMediaToday<\/a>\u00a0had a great approach\u00a0on how to evaluate social media platforms:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Is Facebook dead as a marketing platform? Get in the habit of saying thank you. (<em>1 min)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Social Media in under 30-minutes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Get influencers to notice you.<\/strong> Create a list of 20 prospects you want to interact with in social media. Spend 15-minutes interacting with some or all of these 20 people. Set a timer for 45 minutes<strong>.<\/strong> Are you good under pressure? Often, I set a timer on my iPhone. It focuses my attention during the time allowed. And remember to <a title=\"Grammar googs to avoid\" href=\"https:\/\/dlvrit.com\/blog\/2014\/10\/grammar-goofs-in-social-media-posts\/\">check for these common grammar goofs<\/a>. (<em>45 min)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Answer one question on Quora.<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/quora.com\/\">Quora<\/a> is indexed well in Google. Respond to questions relevant to your niche. Get in the habit of doing this weekly. (<em>5 min)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Queue up 3rd party content.\u00a0<\/strong>Spend a few minutes on <a title=\"dlvr.it browser add-on\" href=\"http:\/\/dlvr.it\/pages\/extension.php\">scheduling content<\/a> from sources you like and your audience might find interesting. Spending 10 minutes now will save you in time in the future. This will keep your social accounts active when you can\u2019t.
