Despite having a Facebook account, we were considering eliminating it as we rarely post anything there except an occasional update on company “happenings”. That was until we discovered – totally by accident – that two new customers of ours actually did research on us via our Facebook page.

Needless to say, our Facebook page is still up and running and we are now making a concentrated effort to post to it more often and with better posts.
